Job summary

Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp is seeking a Production Associate I to perform assembly, filling, labeling, inspection, and packaging of finished goods in a GMP-compliant environment. The role supports daily production and ensures quality, productivity, safety, and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 0-2 years of manufacturing experience, with cosmetics/pharma experience considered a plus. This is an on-site position in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, food, or dietary supplement industries is a plus.
• GMP manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with GMP, company policies, and established procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and emergency stop (E-Stop) requirements.
• Follow all company safety rules, policies, and report unsafe conditions or behaviors immediately.
• Perform assembly, filling, bottling, capping, labeling, inspection, sorting, and packaging operations according to production schedules and work instructions.
• Conduct visual inspections of finished goods, labels, lot codes, and packaging components to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Promptly report product defects, equipment issues, safety hazards, and quality deviations to the supervisor.
• Support line clearance activities and maintain proper housekeeping before, during, and after production runs.
• Handle raw materials, components, and finished goods according to established procedures.
• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to support production needs, including overtime and occasional weekend shifts.
