Job summary

Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp. is seeking a Production Associate I to join our fast-paced cosmetics manufacturing team.

You will assist with assembly, filling, labeling, inspection, and packaging of finished goods in compliance with cGMP and safety standards. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years of manufacturing experience, and a willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• GMP manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with GMP, policies, and procedures.
• Follow all safety rules, report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Perform assembly, filling, bottling, capping, labeling, inspection, sorting, and packaging as scheduled.
• Conduct visual inspections of finished goods and packaging components for quality.
• Report product defects, equipment issues, safety hazards, and quality deviations to the supervisor.
• Assist with line clearance and maintain housekeeping before, during, and after runs.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods according to procedures.
• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility, including overtime and occasional weekend shifts.
