Job summary

The Goodkind Co is hiring a Machine Operator in Round Rock, TX to keep filling and labeling lines running smoothly and to support on-time product delivery. You will perform setups, line changeovers, and quality checks while documenting production data and maintaining GMP standards.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, strong dexterity, and comfort with laptops/tablets. Weekend shifts and 12‑hour windows may be required on occasion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with laptops, iPads, and tablets.
• Background in production assembly/manufacturing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling, labeling, batching, cleaning and boxing on the production line.
• Load/unload materials, supply machines, and handle components on the line.
• Perform equipment setups and changeovers for product transitions across machines.
• Conduct in-line quality checks to ensure standards.
• Document production in ERP, including yield tracking and scrap reporting.
• Participate in daily huddles and communicate daily expectations to packaging staff.
• Follow GMP and safety guidelines; maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
