Job summary

Goodkind Co in the Austin area is seeking a Machine Operator to keep filling and labeling lines running smoothly while upholding quality and GMP standards. You will perform setups, run inline quality checks, document production, and coordinate with leads to meet daily targets.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, comfort with ERP systems, and the ability to stand for long periods on a 12-hour shift with occasional weekends. Cosmetic production experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work on a production line.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to stand for long periods during 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate versatility by performing any role on the production line (filling, labeling, batching, cleaning, boxing) using manual and automated equipment.
• Complete all production documentation and ERP transactions.
• Perform equipment setups and changeovers for product transitions.
• Conduct in-line quality checks to ensure quality standards.
• Execute production functions including line start-ups, yield counts, and handling returns/rejects.
• Collaborate with leads and supervisors and communicate daily expectations.
• Maintain GMP compliance and safe work environment.
• Lead a team of production line employees by assigning daily tasks.
