Job summary

The Goodkind Co is a Round Rock-based manufacturer of clean personal care products. We seek a packaging assistant to keep lines running, package products, and support GMP-compliant production.

Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, and able to multi-task, with good manual dexterity and a willingness to work shifts including weekends. High School diploma required; candle making or craft experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Background in production assembly or craftwork is a plus but not required.
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven.
• Ability to multitask and keep the production line moving.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are essential.
• Shift availability including occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Fill, label, batch, clean, and package products using automated and manual processes.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary work environment and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Comply with GMP throughout production activities.
• Communicate with supervisors and adapt priorities as needed.
• Support coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment.
