Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble, operate, and maintain production equipment.
• Knowledge of machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and basic repairs in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and job specifications.
• Understanding of cGMP, GDP, and FDA requirements for cosmetic and packaging manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble cosmetic production and packaging machines, such as fillers, cappers, labelers, mixers, and conveyors.
• Set up and adjust machine controls to regulate operating conditions such as material flow, temperature, or pressure.
• Load and unload materials and components for production lines.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and safety.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning machines to minimize downtime.
• Make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment as needed.
• Monitor the production process and conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Verify product specifications such as height, color, and other attributes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations including cGMP and FDA requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production output, machine changes, and material usage.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing goals.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
