Biscayne Dermatology is a premier dermatology practice in Miami led by Dr. Devorah Shagalov, a double board-certified and fellowship-trained dermatologist. We specialize in cutting-edge medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, offering personalized care in a boutique setting.
Position Summary
We are seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Cosmetic Concierge & Marketing Coordinator to elevate the patient experience and help drive the growth of our cosmetic services. This unique dual-role blends luxury client service with creative marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will serve as the trusted guide for our aesthetic patients while managing internal and external marketing efforts to promote our brand and services.
Key Responsibilities
Cosmetic Concierge (Front-Facing Responsibilities)
• Serve as the main point of contact for cosmetic patients—from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up
• Educate patients on available aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, lasers, chemical peels, microneedling, UltraClear, Sofwave, Fraxel, DermaV etc.)
• Coordinate and schedule cosmetic consultations and treatments with Dr. Shagalov and providers
• Build relationships to foster loyalty and high patient retention
• Maintain a concierge-level experience including greeting, hospitality, and personalized care
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Upsell relevant products and services based on patient goals and provider recommendations
Marketing Coordinator (Back-End Responsibilities)
• Plan and implement monthly marketing campaigns across social media, email, and in-office displays
• Assist in curating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc
• Manage patient before-and-after photo library (with consent)
• Track analytics for patient acquisition sources and campaign performance
• Collaborate on promotional events, seasonal specials, and referral programs
• Coordinate patient reviews and testimonials on key platforms (Google, Yelp, RealSelf)
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, patient coordination, or aesthetic medicine preferred
• Experience with social media marketing, Canva, or content creation tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—must be outgoing, articulate, and warm
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
• A passion for skincare, aesthetics, and wellness
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
• Competitive hourly rate or salary based on experience
