Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Stacker Operator to set up and run stacking machinery for corrugated board at our Pelahatchie, MS facility. The role includes measuring, quality checks, restacking, and assisting adjacent operators to ensure smooth production flows.

You will work in a safety-sensitive, production-driven environment with potential overtime and weekend shifts, and you will need to collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Safety sensitive position requiring constant alertness.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Ability to work on a rotating shift.
• Ability to effectively work in teams and a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate stacking machinery for corrugated board.
• Check length, width and scoring at each order change.
• Verify sesame, open faced sesame and tear tape positions.
• Restack as needed and assist with sheet handling for storage.
• Assist other operators and inform knifeman when trimming or sharpening blades.
• Perform caliper checks and length checks between top and bottom sheets.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and adhere to safety policies.
