Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a production operator to support the corrugator line in our Texas facility. You will contribute to achieving daily production goals and operate the corrugator stacker, transfer cart and strapper in a safe, proficient manner.

The role requires adherence to safety rules, lock-out procedures and housekeeping standards, while maintaining quality and accurate counts. Teamwork and strong attendance are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work any shift, overtime hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned facility.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, such as schedules and orders.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform lifting/bending tasks.
• Excellent attendance record is required.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the continuous operation of the corrugator and achieving daily production goals.
• Operate corrugator stacker, transfer cart and automatic strapper in a safe and competent manner.
• Follow all company safety rules, lock-out procedures, and good housekeeping practices.
• Maintain a high level of quality and productivity, count accuracy of material and unit appearance.
