Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and follow supervisor instructions.
• Work with crew and helpers to meet production goals.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Maximize piece-rate speed on assigned tasks.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Cross-train for other positions as needed.
• Complete reports accurately and timely (Production/Data/Safety/Quality).
• Submit equipment work orders and assist with maintenance.
• Adhere to production schedule and suggest improvements.
• Read a tape measure and apply measurements as required.
