Pratt is seeking a Machine Operator in Warner Robins, GA to run converting machines, set up, operate, and clean equipment while driving improvements in efficiency and quality.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read factory masters and measure with a tape, and basic math. You may train others and cross-train on additional machines; safety and quality are priorities.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow factory masters.
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Able to perform basic math and interpret percentages and measurements.
• Willing to cross-train and work with others on the line.

Responsibilities

• Set-up rails, print, and die cut section on converting machine accurately.
• Inspect dies before and after run for repairs.
• Ensure bolts for cutting dies are secure.
• Monitor box quality, print, and related specs.
• Turn in production and quality reports timely.
• Train and assist others on the machine and cross-train on other machines.
• Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and production schedules.
