Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Four years of related administrative experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate offender transfers and paperwork with facility staff and transportation.
• Research pending charges using AOC and CJ Leads.
• Meet with offenders to process paperwork with required signatures.
• Communicate with local law enforcement, probation, clerk of courts, DA’s offices, and other agencies.
• Notify staff of upcoming releases.
• Reconcile daily the facility court screen using AOC and clerk of court.
• Enter sentences into OPUS and fingerprint offenders.
• File and archive offender documentation.
• Notarize documents as needed.
