Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with correctional/security experience substitution options.
• Master’s degree or equivalent may substitute for experience requirements.
• Ability to develop lesson plans and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom training, workshops, and seminars to build staff skills.
• Evaluate training needs and develop appropriate curriculum and materials.
• Prepare training reports and maintain participant records.
• Schedule training sessions and coordinate locations.
• Supervise other training officers in program delivery.
• Coordinate organizational development programs and manage contracts.
