Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Ability to organize, plan, schedule and supervise the work of others.
• Ability to read and comprehend workplace policies and procedures and to prepare workplace reports and documentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line supervision to Corrections Officers and Corrections Officer Trainees.
• Supervise and monitor staff on assigned shift to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Communicates with management, staff, visitors, inmates, and the public.
• Leads and counsels staff; completes required training; maintains a safe and productive workforce.
