The position is full-time with a daytime to overnight schedule and a pay rate of $17.95 per hour. Ideal candidates bring at least two years in security, HS diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Two years security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitors, employees, and vehicles in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
