Health Advocates Network, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Los Angeles, CA to provide comprehensive nursing care for adolescents in a corrections setting.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, and coordination with physicians and mental health staff. The ideal candidate holds an active CA RN license, at least 2 years of clinical experience in relevant areas, and current BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifikationen

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Psychiatric/Behavioral Health, Medical-Surgical, Correctional Health or ER
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City)
• Copy of PSV verification and current required certifications/compliance documents

Aufgaben

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for adolescents with acute/chronic conditions and behavioral health needs.
• Conduct intake health screenings and administer medications/treatments.
• Coordinate care with physicians and mental health professionals; maintain health records.
