Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Substance Abuse Workers and Lead Substance Abuse Workers.
• Provide case management, counseling, and guidance to residents.
• Oversee unit programs, orientations, and monthly Town Hall Meetings.
• Conduct daily inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Prepare reports, investigate incidents, and respond to grievances.
• Manage unit supplies, equipment needs, and financial responsibilities.
• Assist with resident movement, visitation, and enforcement of rules.
