Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Corrections Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Ridgeland, SC. The role involves providing routine and emergency health care in a correctional facility and working in collaboration with healthcare professionals, correctional officers, and administrators to ensure inmate well-being.

The position requires an active RN license in the relevant state, with preference for correctional health care experience and any applicable certifications (CCHP-RN, CPR).

Qualifications

The Correctional RN works in collaboration with otherhealthcare professionals, correctional officers, and administrators to ensurethe well-being of the incarcerated population.The Correctional RN utilizes their knowledge to address the specificchallenges and limitations of the correctional environment while providing careto their patient population. This careincludes both routine and emergency health care in a correctional facilitysetting.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices
