Applicants must hold a master’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling and possess a Michigan QMHP license.

Qualifications

• Possession of a master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Possession of a Michigan license to practice the QMHP profession is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health evaluations, referrals, and treatment planning for prisoners.
• Perform psychosocial assessments, interventions, and consultations as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
• Assist with placement and ensuring continuity of care when prisoners discharge to the community.
