Job summary

The Wisconsin Department of Corrections is seeking a supervisor to oversee religious, social service and anti-criminal thinking programs at the Women's Correctional Center System. You will supervise program staff and one program assistant, direct program development, and provide group counseling in anti-criminal thinking.

On-call responsibilities are required. The role requires strong leadership, program evaluation skills, and the ability to work under general supervision.

Qualifications

• Developing, implementing, and evaluating programs (religious, social services, anti-criminal thinking).
• Developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating standards, policies, and procedures.
• Performing supervision or lead worker activities (assigning, directing, training/mentoring).

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff and one program assistant.
• Direct program development and direction for religious, social service and anti-criminal thinking programs.
• Provide group counseling in the area of anti-criminal thinking and supervise on-call coverage.
