Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage correctional programs to support offender rehabilitation and reintegration.

• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with facility staff, community organizations, and stakeholders for program success.
• Prepare and manage program budgets and expenditures.
• Provide training and support to staff involved in program delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation on program operations and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and standards.
• Prepare reports on activities, performance, and achievements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
