Job summary

Boulder County is seeking a JPC Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, security, and staff supervision at the Joe Pelle Center in Boulder, CO. This exempt, full-time role reports to the operations manager and supports community-based adult correctional services.

Qualifications

• 8 years of combined education and professional experience with related criminal justice, community corrections experience or related field working with justice involved individuals, including one year of supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct headcounts and walks through the facility.
• Monitor safety and security of clients and staff.
• Supervise client sign in/out and substance use monitoring.
• Oversee staff scheduling and shift coverage.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for meals and laundry services.
