Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Three years as a Registered Nurse or four years nursing experience in mental/physical health settings.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and manage daily operations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Registered Nurses and other staff in clinical and administrative tasks.
• Create schedules to ensure adequate staff coverage and breaks.
• Implement and oversee nursing care plans for patients.
• Perform assessments, administer emergency medical treatment, and refer to appropriate care levels.
• Record and review electronic health records and manage documentation.
• Sterilize, inventory, and maintain adequate medical supplies and equipment.
