Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional at Burrus Correctional Training Center in Forsyth, GA. The role provides mental health case management, intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy within a correctional setting.

The position requires a Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling; license eligibility; tuberculosis documentation and CPR certification, and a minimum of two years’ direct care

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution.
• Must be license eligible.
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides mental health case management services in a correctional setting.
• Conducts intake and patient assessments and crisis intervention.
• Develops treatment plans and delivers individual and group therapy.
