Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a QMHP to join the Lawrence Correctional Center team in Sumner, IL. You will deliver intake, assessments, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapy within a correctional setting.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan care, manage cases, and provide individual and group therapy as part of a comprehensive mental health program. A Master's degree and IL licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• Active IL independent license (LCPC/LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LSW) required.
• Minimum two years direct care experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background investigation and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake and comprehensive mental health assessments.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapy (individual and group).
• Develop and implement treatment plans with the clinical team.
• Consult with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate case management.
• Adhere to Centurion policies and IDOC directives across shifts.
