The role includes assisting with medication distribution, data collection, and adherence to established care plans. Shift work and secure facility protocols apply.

Qualifikationen

• High school or GED equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Collects, reports and documents patient data (vital signs, height/weight, intake/output).
• Performs Point of Care Testing as assigned.
• Assists with daily patient activities and care per plan of care.
• Distributes and documents medications and maintains pharmacology safety.
• Maintains patient hygiene and comfort, including feeding and mobility support.
