Job summary

Qualifications

• Assists patients with activities of daily living and plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reports and documents vital signs, height/weight and intake/output.
• Assists with patient activities and care as assigned by the charge nurse.
• Provides for personal hygiene, feeding support, and mobility assistance.
• Maintains safe environment and handles medications and supplies.
• Records medication administration in the pharmacy system and ensures security.
