Job summary

You will set up production equipment, oversee workflow, perform quality control, and maintain inventory and preventative maintenance, while upholding safety standards and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with training methods to explain and demonstrate tasks.
• Skills in data entry using keyboard and computer.
• Basic mathematics to estimate production costs and materials.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety rules.
• Oral communication to train, direct and motivate workers.
• Written communication to complete instructions and reports.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and supervise incarcerated persons in laundry and assembly areas to maintain security and efficiency.
• Perform machine set-ups for production machinery to meet quality standards.
• Oversee workflow to ensure smooth, efficient production flow.
• Receive calls/meet with customers to provide technical support and maintain relations.
• Maintain security of tools, equipment and personnel.
• Maintain inventory control and equipment maintenance to ensure availability and PM schedules.
