Job summary

The Corrections Licensed Practical Nurse role in Lincoln, NE, is a travel assignment with Amergis. You will provide general and emergency nursing care in the Medical and Ambulatory sections of the Corrections Facility while maintaining security standards.

Required are an active LPN license in the state, CPR if applicable, and the ability to meet federal, state, and local requirements. The position offers a pay of $1800 per week and 40 hours per week, with benefits including health and dental

• Minimum of one year experience in Corrections preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Corrections Licensed Practical Nurse works in close and immediate contact with adults and children in custody on a daily basis providing general and emergency nursing care in the Medical and Ambulatory section of the Corrections Facility while maintaining facility security standards.
