• Copy of PSV or verification as required by licensing board.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RN/physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs, report changes.
• Assist with assessments and care plans.
• Wound care and specimen collection as needed.
• Document care accurately in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on health plans.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers.
