Responsabilidades

• Supervise 30 inmate food service workers in Hiland Mountain’s main kitchen.
• Train inmates in food prep, cooking, baking, sanitation, receiving, storing, and thawing foods.
• Plan and supervise inmates in the preparation of special diets.
• Monitor inmate servings to ensure quality and portions meet standards.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures in kitchen, dining, and storage areas.
