Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate AIC work crews in food service operations.
• Lead food preparation and service per menus and recipes while ensuring safety.
• Maintain sanitation, portioning accuracy, and proper food storage.
• Oversee inventory, requisitions, deliveries, and supply storage.
• Recordkeeping of food produced, served, and AIC hours.
