• Requires four years of high school completion.
• Requires three years of specialized industrial experience related to the position.
• Prefers two years of logistics experience.
• Prefers two years of experience maintaining workflow in a group setting.
• Prefers two years of inventory management experience.
• Prefers one year in preventative maintenance and production scheduling.
• Prefers one year in shipping and receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

• Train and instruct custody workers in the milk/juice distribution plant.
• Maintain production records and quality control checks.
• Inspect finished products prior to packaging and shipping.
• Ensure preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Enforce safety, security, and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope.
