Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.

• Direct inmates in use of recipes and training on cooking procedures.
• Ensure proper portions and dietary requirements.
• Obtain daily population counts and review with staff.
• Enforce security policies and ensure locked storage areas.
