Qualifications

• At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication skills with hourly staff and executives.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of the food service department and resources.
• Lead a team of associates, including hiring and training.
• Ensure staff meet culinary, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Budget for the department, including purchasing ingredients and forecasting.
• Consult with the district manager on dining service aspects.
