Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Paint building surfaces and equipment.

• Carpentry on furniture, doors, windows, shelves and floors.
• Plumbing work: unclog toilets, drains; replace faucets/valves.
• Repair water line leaks; replace light bulbs/outlets/switches; limited electrical motor repairs.
