Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee a variety of facility, grounds, specialized trade workers, and contractors in maintenance, operations, and repair of state facilities, equipment, and grounds.
• Plan, organize, and estimate time and materials; order supplies and maintain records.
