• Safety and security training; oversee inmate work crew in trades, grounds maintenance and janitorial operations
• Ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective operations of building and grounds maintenance and repairs
• Supervise inmate crews; manage schedules, training, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with other projects and staff to optimize resource use and maintain inventories
