Job summary

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma is required.
• Experience in building maintenance or facilities is preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems including heating, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies to support daily plant operations.
• Assist in enforcing facility rules and safety protocols while interacting with inmates and staff.
• Inventory tools, supplies, and equipment; log usage and issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure cleanliness and functionality of the institution.
