Qualifications

• No experience required for entry level.
• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or DACA recipient.

Responsibilities

• Book inmates into jail, work release, or community corrections programs and document bookings.
• Supervise inmate movement, meals, clean-up, medical needs, and visitation.
• Monitor compliance with program conditions and verify locations with documentation and calls.
• Prepare inmates for transportation to courts and appointments.
• Conduct security checks, searches, and headcounts to prevent contraband.
• Instruct inmates on jail rules, investigate violations, and participate in disciplinary processes.
