Qualifications

• Related business school or vocational training may substitute for the experience through an established formula.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine posting and adjusting to the general ledger and process claims and invoices.
• Review transactions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Maintain spreadsheets and balance accounts daily, including court and restitution orders.
• Prepare deposits daily and checks for inmates sending money out, releases, transfers, etc.
• Enter all incoming money orders and provide weekly/monthly reports to units.
