Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to oversee the Counseling Department and all treatment services at the facility. The role reports to the Deputy Warden/Warden/Director of Corrections and requires ensuring compliance with Title 37 and coordination with county agencies for reentry services.

The incumbent will supervise staff, schedule services, and participate in committees such as the Luzerne County Reentry Committee and PREA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as minimum in a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced qualifications.
• At least four years of experience providing group and individual counseling.
• Must pass background checks, physical exam and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all treatment services offered at the facility.
• Coordinate all treatment and counseling programs with external agencies.
• Ensure timely interviews, referrals and delivery of services to inmates.
• Chair and coordinate key committees (REENTRY, PREA, etc.) and oversee daily operations of related programs.
