Qualifications

• Knowledge of Workforce Engagement Division including Administrative Procedures.
• Knowledge of Adult Learning principles.
• Knowledge of training corrections, treatment, custody issues, ACA standards, and departmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist in new employee, annual, and on-the-job training for all staff.
• Assist in the development of training curricula to meet performance objectives.
• Test, measure, and evaluate trainee performance based on standards.
• Ensure training programs comply with established standards.
• Maintain training records and prepare written reports.
