Qualifications

• If not CDC Level 1, submit a 30-day training plan; Level 1 within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload and facilitate groups and staff meetings.
• Complete SBIRT and ASAM assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and reentry planning; ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Document timely to contract standards.
