The NC Department of Adult Correction seeks a Correctional Sergeant I at Dan River Prison Work Farm in Caswell, NC. You will supervise correctional officers, assist with work schedules, and enforce the custody and welfare of offenders in a state facility.

This position is located at Dan River Prison Work Farm, Caswell, NC. Dan River Prison Work Farm is a minimum-custody prison housing male offenders. The largest inmate population consist of minimum custody offenders.
This position reports to the Correctional Lieutenant I, this position will supervise Correctional Officers, assist with planning work schedules and assigning post and is responsible for the officer's activities relation to the custody and welfare of offenders in a state correctional facility.
Salary Range: $37,377.00 - $65,408.00
