• Strong ability to enforce policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security/control activities and detainee staff.
• Develop and implement custody and security policies.
• Respond to incidents and provide detainee/inmate support.
• Direct work of employees, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
• Prepare records and maintain daily logs.
• Ensure compliance with rules and procedures.
• Perform inspections and report management findings.
