Qualifications

• Six months experience in electronics.
• Six months experience in electronics testing and troubleshooting.
• Six months experience in narrative report writing.

Responsibilities

• Assigns, reviews, and evaluates the work of security staff involved in operating computerized alarm systems.
• Performs maintenance on electronic sensors and equipment to maintain security system operations.
• Trains Correctional Officers assigned to control rooms and towers on system operation.
• Maintains alarm logs and incident reports of tampering in areas.
• Completes requisition forms to request system parts and maintains inventory of bench stock.
• Performs routine fence inspections to ensure proper operation.
