Job summary

Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Wood County Jail healthcare team in Wisconsin. This full-time role features 12-hour day shifts with an every-other-weekend rotation, focusing on direct patient care in a secure correctional setting.

You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, develop care plans, document thoroughly, and collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.

Qualifications
