Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at the Wood County Jail in Wisconsin. This full-time position features a rotating 12-hour shift schedule with occasional weekends, focusing on direct patient care in a secure correctional setting.

You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, develop care plans, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a secure correctional healthcare setting.
• Conduct nursing assessments, evaluate patient conditions, and recognize changes requiring intervention.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
