State of Ohio, Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility, seeks a Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 to oversee facility behavioral health functions in Circleville, OH. The role leads a team and delivers psychosocial interventions to youth in custody.

The position requires licensure in behavioral health fields and involves mandatory pre-service training, background checks, and a $6.87/hr supplement in addition to the base pay. Hours are 40 per week with full-time status.

Qualifications

• Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor II (LCDC II) by Ohio board.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by Ohio board.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) by Ohio board.
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) by Ohio board.
• Licensed Registered Nurse with Mental Health or Psychiatric Nursing focus per Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial interventions (individual, family, group) and develop treatment goals.
• Maintain data and prepare social histories, court documents, and required forms.
• Participate in treatment teams and coordinate referrals with external agencies.
